At Cabana Magazine, we want you to be delighted with your artisanal home decor, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke orders, vintage pieces, and certain delicate textiles are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at shop@cabanamagazine.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrapping and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
Secure Shipping
Affix your prepaid shipping label if provided, or ship via a tracked courier service to our returns hub, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the item is in pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
